Responsibility
Mainly responsible for Workday related HR Support to Japan customers. Detailed responsibilities as below:
1. Workday data maintenance.
2. Complicated Workday/HR operation cases handling.
3. Workday adoption project enrollment.
4. Stakeholder service management.
5. Training for Junior members.
Requirement
1. Advanced Japanese language skill in both oral and written, business level used for daily working language.
2. Good English language skill in both oral and written.
3.Three~five years or more HR System related work experience(Workday is preferred) or HR SSC/Operation experience.
4. Nice to have the project management experience for system implementation/migration.
5. Customer service mindset and good communication skills.
