职责描述: 疫情防控期间暂不安排应聘人员到公司参加现场面试，我司将统一安排线上测试和线上面试，届时将有HR与您联系，感谢您的理解！ • Delivery of work that follows content and design guidelines, and industry best practices: - Produce work that is in accordance with department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies and procedures regarding content and design by understanding and applying them correctly, reviewing work and collaborating with colleagues, and seeking advice from Art Directors as necessary; - Clearly communicate creative recommendations and point of view to both colleagues and business partners; - Coordinates with the production manager/ project manager in handling projects from beginning through to completion, including managing the project turnaround time, presenting the finished product; - Employing and introducing state-of-the art technologies to manage and enhance design function; - Possess excellent design skills, understand creative integrity, reinforce brand at every point of contact; - Keep abreast of changes in the strategy that affect execution; - Demonstrate knowledge and application of design theory; - Accountable in getting the buy in from business partners at the first instance. • Delivery Performance: - Demonstrates understanding of marketing objectives and directives; researches and identifies potential problems; - Contribute to the team in achieving monthly average performance targets for Productivity and Quality; - Work collaboratively with other members of Creative Services and print production as well as business partners to find optimal solutions for final materials; - Effectively respond to business partner concerns/questions; - Act as a primary day-to-day contact for business partners on assigned design projects by taking ownership; - Build up the team's ability to provide better service by regularly reporting project concerns and suggesting ways to resolve them; - Oversee the productivity rating for their individual shift and work closely with Production Managers to identify any challenges and lapses that can be addressed. 任职要求: - Post-secondary education – either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate; - 3-5 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferable; - Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign; - Proficiency in Mac OSX, Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications; - Web experience: Working knowledge with HTML5, CSS, and web design principles is a plus; - Video content experience: familiarity with video content creation; storyboarding, editing, animation, and post-production using Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects or similar applications is preferrable; - Interaction design: experience in emerging interaction technologies such as VR and AR is a plus; - User-centric / customer-centric design theory : experience with user research, rapid prototyping, information architecture, user stories and persona writing is a plus; - Print production: strong knowledge of print production and colour separation; - Communication and people skills: Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills; excellent people and social skills, able to work as part of a team; - Concise: strong focus on ‘simplicity-vs-complexity’ in both communicating and translating briefs into designs; - Structured systematic working style: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere; - Proactive: Desire and ability to work hard, learn new skills quickly, and operate independently with minimal oversight, can think outside the box and open to challenge the status-quo; - Agile and flexible: Able to work in different shifts, do overtime on weeknights or weekends as needed; - Requires strong organisational, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills. 福利待遇： - 五天8小时工作制,做五休二； - 基本工资 绩效奖金 轮班补贴 早晚班交通津贴； - 享有五险一金、补充性商业医疗保险及免费年度体检； - 每年享有国家法定节假日、至少10天带薪年假、12天带薪病假，1天生日假、婚假、产检假、产假以及陪产假、哺乳假等任你享用； - 提供具有市场竞争力的弹性福利制度：员工可买卖年假、升级商业医疗保险套餐、旅游补贴、个人进修补助、运动健身补贴等； - 公司内设有员工餐厅，咖啡室，休息室，娱乐室等，满足员工工间休息的需求； - 提供多元化员工活动，如运动会、团建、年会等，提供施展才华的机会和平台。 培训与发展： - 完善的专业培训体系，提供多元化培训机会、资源及教育援助，入职可享带薪培训； - 公司注重人才培育及发展，提供横向及纵向的发展空间，配备职业导师，为优秀人才提供清晰的职业规划指导。
